“I’ll do it later.”
“I’ll start tomorrow.”
“I just need to find the time.”
“I don’t even know where to begin.”
Or maybe you’ve started… only to get distracted and never finish.
If any of this sounds familiar, this power hour is for you.
Get It Done is an interactive Accountability Power Hour designed to help you stop putting “it” off and start making meaningful progress.
As a therapist, I’ve found that when we keep putting something off, it’s usually not because we’re lazy. There’s often something getting in the way of taking that first step. Understanding that can change the way we approach the task.
I will be present throughout the entire hour, helping you stay focused, work through obstacles, and continue moving forward. Sometimes the biggest challenge is getting started. Other times, it’s maintaining momentum when we encounter roadblocks. Having support and accountability can make all the difference.
Get It Done begins with a brief 10 minute educational segment where I’ll share a different way of looking at why we get stuck, one I’ve developed through years of working with people as a therapist, and what can help you move forward. Then we’ll spend the majority of the hour working on your own individual tasks during two Focused Action Times, with a brief accountability check-in in between. We’ll wrap up by reflecting on what you accomplished and identifying ways to continue building on that momentum after the Power Hour ends.
Whether you’re joining from your office during your lunch break, working from home, or somewhere in between, you’ll have dedicated time, structure, and accountability to help you move something forward.
After you register, we’ll send you a few simple suggestions to help you choose a task so you can get the most out of your session.
Stop Putting It Off. Start Making Progress.
Sometimes all it takes is one focused hour to create the momentum you’ve been waiting for.
